Printlypop offers easy Return and Exchange policy for our valuable customers.

Free return and exchange within 7 days of delivery-

• Printlypop products are eligible to claim return & exchange request within 7 days of delivery. After that, the option will be disabled.
• There is no charge for the return and exchange.
• To claim for the same, please email to us at –printlypop25@gmail.com
• If our customer receives an order that is damaged, misprinted and broken, please claim with proper unboxing video and images of the product showing the defect, along with the original packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
• After verification (by our support team), reverse pickup will be initiated (within 5 days after delivery) and it will be picked up from customer’s place.
• Return/exchange will be processed on the same day.
• Your returned product will undergo an QC check. If it is passes the QC check then it will be added to the returns. If it is fails, we will be unable to add it to the return/exchange catagory.
• For exchange, we will reprint and Ship a new product to you.

1/ Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video and the images of the courier cover.

2/ If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will helpful for returning the product.

3/  Returns:  The entire amount will be refunded back to your original payment mode.

     Cash On Delivery: The refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of claiming the request.
